When we decided to sell our home, we expected it to be really stressful and drawn out. Aiden took that away by answering all our queries very quickly and providing information where needed. The turnaround was super fast, in fact it didnt even enter the market because on the day photos were to be taken we had two walk throughs followed by two offers the same day which blew us away completely! we got above asking price and when we placed an offer on another house and had time constraints for settlement Aiden came to the rescue to organise settlement dates with ease. Aiden was incredibly professional in all interactions and even forwarded us on to local lawyers and building inspectors to use when buying our new home further south. The only downside is it all happened so fast we didnt see the pictures! I honestly cannot reccomend Aiden enough to sell your home!
