Can't fault Aidan at all, he was so helpful, friendly, insightful, professional, knowledgeable and helped us achieve our goals, we followed the process but without his help we wouldn't of been able to sell all three of our properties. We recommend Aidan to sell or help you buy your home, he goes over and above especially when you are freaking out about everything that needs to happen, he guided us through the stressful times.
Aidan was excellent to deal with. He was patient with our questions, knowledgeable and responsive. We really appreciated the level of communication, candour, and care that Aidan extended towards us as the buyer.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Aiden as a sales and purchasing agent and would work with him again any day. Our property wasn't an easy one to sell and he worked tirelessly to get the job done. Buying and/or selling your home can be a stressful time for all involved and Aiden navigated the ups and downs with a skillset and professionalism well beyond his years.
Had a very good experience working with Aidan as the property's agent. He is very hardworking will answer questions at any time and was very transparent and informative in the process. Because of this we were able to close the deal quickly. Would recommend him to anyone.
Selling our home of 33 years was an overwhelming experience, we are so pleased that we had Aidan, couldn't of done it without him, he listened to us at all times and went the extra mile to assist us with purchasing our next home. Highly recommend him, can't praise him enough. At no time did we feel any pressure for any decisions we made. Very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer, would find it for us., went the extra mile. Very grateful for him.
We discovered through this process the key to a successful outcome is coming up with a great strategy and marketing campaign. Aidan talked us through this process and we all agreed on a plan and he executed it perfectly. He told us what to expect, when to expect it and he was exactly on point which made our decision making easy as he had prepared us for the outcomes.
The first thing that struck us about Aiden was his authenticity and integrity. When asking for the price point, he gave us the range and justified it well, demonstrating his strong understanding of the current market. Although he was representing the vendor, we felt like he was genuinely invested in ensuring our experience was as fair and smooth as possible. His communication from beginning to end was transparent and efficient - we could trust him throughout this whole process, which can often be quite a stressful one. But not in this instance. So thank you once again Aiden for making our experience an amazing one!
