Trista came prepared with data and knowledge of the local market, and with energy and oomph which set her apart from other agents I met with. As an out of town seller, I relied on her for all selling needs including staging, checking the house after a wet weather event, and a few other things and she did it all. Comms after each open home were probably a bit slower than I would have liked but i did get a once a week update rather than a after every open home update ( I think we had 2-3 open homes per week). Easy and quick sale at auction - I’m not an auction fan so she helped me through that hesitancy and it worked for me in the end.
