Trista provided a Professional & Personal Real Estate Experience. I sold my home after many years, lots of memories and then time to move on. Trista provided detailed and experienced help in upgrading my home presentation inside and out, as well as a full marketing strategy that optimised my end selling price. I would wholly recommend Trista Townsend as your selling or buying agent, she is #1 in my view. kind regards, Gail Page

We found Tristas market knowledge excellent. She handled our sale with professionalism and knowledge while also being friendly and helpful. We are happy to recommend her services to anyone who is considering buying or selling a property.

Trista is professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. She has always been available when needed and willing to assist with our queries. Our sincere thanks.

She knows and can match the needs of both buyers and sellers, leaving them both happy with the outcome. During my house sale, Trista’s negotiation skills have helped us reach the best terms. I was far away from the city and her help was incredible in getting the house ready at each stage of the sale. She also provided useful advice as how to deal in each circumstance during the negotiation process to achieve the best possible outcome. The after-sale support was outstanding, too. I am in peace when giving my house to Trista for selling.

Trista made everything associated with the marketing of our house so easy. Her energy, enthusiasm and her knowledge of a fast-moving market were obvious right from the start. She kept us fully informed about potential buyers throughout, so we went to auction feeling confident about the outcome. We would recommend Trista and the team at LJH Musselburgh to anyone looking to sell.

We found Trista to be very professional and very knowledgeable about anything real estate. Trista made selling our house an easy and stress free experience. I would and have recommended Trista to my friends and family. Love your work Trista

Thank you Trista, for the amazing job you did for us, selling our house. We asked you to involve our two daughters in the sale process, (one who is an House Agent in Australia, but because of "Covid" she was unable to come to N.Z.) And, because you sent out all relevant information in triplicate, the Family were kept informed and involved, making the sale process much less stressful for us. And the result you achieved for us was well above our expectations! Working with you Trista was a delight! And we will be happy to recommend you to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Trista brings so much to what she offers: great understanding of and sensitivity to the human dimensions of “the sale” - for everyone involved. She brings a special energy that facilitates a process that has so much at stake. She’s proactive in providing necessary paperwork so that everything is in order legally. Her personality is just so engaging. She’s eminently suited to her profession

Working with Trista was a pleasure from the very beginning. Her skills as an agent are second to none ! Professional throughout the whole process, with excellent communication skills , knowledge of the local market , and her confidence of marketing our home to achieve a result that certainly exceeded our expectations . Her down to earth approach allowed us to enjoy a very stress free sale . I would not hesitate to recommend Trista as a preferred agent .

Trista was amazing, kept in touch throughout the whole process, knowledgeable, helpful and went over and above. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone selling their property.

I would recommend Trista to anyone who wants to sell their house. She is extremely professional and always replied to any questions very quickly. She never made wild promises that she couldn't keep and the house ended up selling for a lot more that she initially advised we may get for it (her marketing campaign clearly worked well). As well as being highly competent and professional she is also a really nice person to deal with. She made what could have been a difficult sale (deceased estate) a lot more bearable.

Trista did an outstanding job selling our home, with professionalism she was so kind to us at such a stressful time and would not hesitate to recommend Tristas services to any potential client.
