Trista was such a delight to work with. She made the whole process stress free and helped us get the best result we could ask for. Trista definitely knows her stuff, and her experience helped the sale of our family home go through smoothly. I would highly recommend Trista to anyone looking to sell their property. Thanks again Trista.
We found Trista very helpful, especially leading up to auction day. Obtaining all necessary information is critical for an auction and Trista was able answer our questions or direct us to where we could find them. Ours was a multi-unit property purchase which involves lots of people and Trista handled this well also. Even after the sale, she arranged a meeting over coffee to meet all our new tenants. We were very grateful for her assistance.
Trista made the whole experience a breeze, nothing was a problem. Fast efficient sale absolutely recommend
Trista was a delight to work with, she went above and beyond in our house hunting journey and made everything so easy. She was very accommodating, flexible, and regularly kept in touch to check if I had any questions she could help with during the whole process. She’s the best!
We had a great experience buying our house through Trista. She's a lovely person who was genuinely interested in us and making the journey as seamless as possible. She is really professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with - happy to organise viewings for ourselves and builder and nothing felt like a hassle. We really appreciated her approach, friendliness and excitement :)
Trista was incredible throughout the marketing and sale of my house. She has a very professional, honest and personable approach and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, offering support, advice and answering any questions I had. Trista even went the extra mile to ensure that everything was organised and looking fantastic for my open homes, as I was not living in the area. I am so thankful for all of the amazing work Trista and her team put into the smooth sale of my home. I would highly recommend Trista and would not think twice about choosing her again as my real estate agent.
So easy to deal with, excellent communication and highly professional.
Trista was friendly, responsive and constructive. Dealing with her was straightforward, and she worked hard to make the sale happen.
We found Trista to be incredibly warm, transparent, honest, straight up and productive. Trista made selling my family home a breeze from initial consult to the actual sale. Trista will now be my first call for any further real estate sales, and definitely who I will be recommending to family and friends!
Trista kept us informed throughout the sale. Answered all questions and sent through information as promised. Would certainly deal with Trista again. Top Lady
Trista was recommended by a colleague, and whilst we 'interviewed' a few agents, we very quickly decided to engage her to work through the selling process on our behalf. At no stage did we regret our decision. Her extensive knowledge of the local market is certainly a bonus, and her overwhelming confidence was reassuring. Thanks Trista.
We had some good advice and recommendation to list with Trista and she did not disappoint! Trista was efficient in dealing with all matters, from recommending staging companies to dealing with a small issue on the LIM report. The issue was sorted quickly and effectively. The whole experience was seamless and stress-less and we will definitely use Trista again!
