This was our second sale with Trista with two completely different properties and her market knowledge & understanding of the real estate market in Dunedin was second to none . Would 100 % recommend to anyone & everyone she’s a absolute gem 💎
Trisa has been amazing throughout the whole sale process. She went over and above expectations, I would highly recommend Trista to anyone selling their property ☺️
Trista is awesome to deal with, very professional with great communication and market knowledge. Made the sale process easy and stress free
We live out of town and Trista was super helpful. When we needed tradies she had the ideal contacts who got the job completed to a high standard. She communicated well and carried out the sale of our property timely getting a quick settlement at a price we are very happy with.
Trista Townsend is a real estate professional who throughout the sale process kept us well informed and was very responsive to our requests. We would highly recommend Trista to anyone looking for an agent who communicates, responds and delivers results.

An enthusiastic straight talker whose market knowledge was spot on and got us a great result
This was my first home and I had such a good experience. Trista was efficient, effective, and made every effort to ensure the whole process went smoothly. She was responsive throughout and kept communication between all parties open. I’m very appreciative of everything :)
We just sold our second property through Trista, and yet again she went above and beyond to help us get the house ready for sale (as we are in Australia) and then got us the best price possible. She is extremely experienced with the Dunedin market and expertly guided us the whole way through. Excellent service and communication.
Very helpful friendly real estate lady, as this was my first home she really helped me through everything she is awesome i highly recommend her.
We would recommend Trista to anyone, she is an awesome agent who understood our situation and helped us right away. We used her again as our first experience with her was really good. She helped a lot easing a lot of the stresses with buying a home and asked all our questions. We really felt like she was there for us and made the experience much easier. Would it hesitate to use her again. Thank you so much Trista.
