Due to a very drawn out legal process happening in the background on top of COVID lockdowns, ended up with at least an 18 month delay between original intended listing and actually going to market. Throughout the entire process Julie maintained great communication with us, had great insights into the change in the market over that time, and was very flexible in fitting into our availability. With none of us local when the property finally headed to market, Julie was able to advise us on getting the property ready for market. Going to market, Julie provided great advice on the market helping us set realistic expectations while also proving the "best case" outcome. Luckily for us, we ended up with that best case getting multiple offers within 2 days of going to market with the accepted offer being well up at the top end of those expectations.
