Exccellent service and communication couldn't ask for a better agent

We met with Sue and Donna on the best strategy to market the property as it had both good location for schooling and a large section. The strategy was to present the 65 year old home in good and tidy condition and stage the home so it presented well. As vendors we spent 3-4 weeks giving it a make over and then handed it over to Sue and Donna for them to implement the deadline sale marketing plan. On the closing day of the deadline sale we had 7 registered offers and 2 weeks after that the new purchasers moved in. It was a great result which came about thru good advice, a well presented property and being realistic. Thanks Sue and Donna.
