I dealt mostly with Alisa and her service was excellent as was everyone else's on the Bayley's team with whom I dealt. Communication and professionalism was all great. I would like to say that market knowledge was perfect, it almost was. The only negative being that the original estimation of the property's likely sale value was higher that what was achieved, the sale price being less than the 'minimum' original expectation advised. The estimations were revised down at the time of us renewing our listing authority just before the sale.
