Sam was awesome. Promptness on answers, he didnt put pressure on to try sell a house. 1 thing I hate is when an agent says deadline is for example friday and next minute you find out they were lying. Sam I think was honest. I understand Agents do their best selling, however, be honest if there are faults ' such as if it needs a new roof or state if freehold in the listing which ours was. 5 stars for you Sam.
