We were dealing with Sam, not Sarah. To be honest, the communication on the front end was ok, it was after the S&P agreement was signed that we feel communication was poor and unprofessional. The contract was not adhered to; the date we signed on the S&P agreement was not honoured. The deal did not go through for another 2 working days and during that time (over a weekend too) we were left in the dark as to why, and still are. We don't know what happened, it was an uneasy experience in this respect and trust in the agent was damaged. Being first home buyers, the process was all new to us, and we cant help but feel that our overall experience with your company added undue stress to an already stressful situation.

Sarah and her team were very easy to deal with. They kept us well informed during the sale process. Sarah always responded promptly to any queries we had and was easy to contact. They achieved a good result for us even when covid made that challenging for them.

Buying our first home here in New Plymouth, Sam and Sarah have been very friendly and accomodating. They’re always prompt to answer all of our questions even though we have opposite schedules as my partner and I work graveyard shifts. Every big or small favour they have fulfilled—true to their promise. A 5 star service indeed! Very much recommended!

Overall the experience of working with Sarah was very good, though on a couple of occasions I did have to prompt her for information. I believe she was very realistic about letting the market price the property. She was also happy to go the extra mile i.e. getting rid of items left in the property after sale.

Sarah had a totally professional and realistic approach to selling our property. She explained the process well and being out of the area sellers - nothing was a problem. It has been a pleasure dealing with you.
