It is our second time to use Ali's service and skills in the property market. Similar to the first one, we achieved a good result but more than that we had a great experience from the initial stage up until the settlement date. Her knowledge to the market and professionalism is second to none. Our communication with her was very easy, simple yet detailed. We like the marketing method she used and the platform for the documents was all done online (how easy was that!). We are distant seller and wish to meet her but the technology and tools she is utilising is more than enough for us to understand and get updated. She is prompt in updating about the open homes outcome and also gentle in reminding us of our part/task. We market the property during challenging times however Ali is positive, confident and always wear a smile - sweet as!
