Some real estate agents have an answer or solution to everything wrong with a place. Monica just let us observe and think at our own pace and let us make our own mind on making an offer on the property. Monica made the whole process, from the initial query all the way through, a really great experience. We had been looking for a while, and dealt with numerous agents. But we felt none really got what we were looking for, or really bothered to connect with us. We found Monica very easy to get along with, knowledgeable, and more than willing to go out of her way to get the information we needed to make a decision. Very professional, yet with a good dash of humor. We would definitely recommend.
