Monica did a great job from the initial viewing to the sale with great communication and commitment. The property was bought with a Kianga Ora which included number of time consuming activities even before the offer is signed. Monica handled this situation by nicely dealing with the vendors. She helped to negotiate the price also. Being a first home buyer and new to Invercargill, we had lack of knowledge in the process. Monica helped by providing all the information required. Never disturbed anybody’s normal life with repeated calls. Never lied, overestimated or exaggerate anything in order to make the sale somehow. Noted that there was a vendor declaration document about the property outlining most of the areas where the buyer needs attention. This was a going of up and above by Tall Poppy with compared to other real estate agents. Recommend her and Tall poppy specially as a first home buyer.
