All of our dealings with Peter were very good. As we live in Australia Peter was always helpful and assisted with anything that needed to be done at the property. He kept us up to date with the property while on the market, his reports were easy to read, outlining information clearly.

As a first home buyer, Pete was brilliant in helping to guide me through the process we went through in purchasing the home. I was reassured by his professionalism as well as his extensive knowledge of the house and its surrounding area. He was always prompt with his communications and worked as a great in-between with the home owners at multiple times throughout the process. These things all went a long way to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I work a job with odd hours and I'm hugely appreciative of Pete's flexibility in accommodating this throughout the process.
Peter was always very good wth communication and replying to any queries that I had. He sorted the sale quickly and was able to make it work, which was great. The only reason I gave a four star rating instead of a five was for when I was phoned and warned someone maybe putting in a counter offer that didn't eventuate. This caused me undue stress that could have been avoided. Overall though, I am very pleased with how well the sale went, many thanks Peter!
