Many thanks to Eillen and the team at the Professionals for selling my elderly Mums town house for her next adventure into a Retirement Village. The kind compassion and professionalism to Mum was exemplary. I would definitely recommend Eileen and the Professional Team Southland as the care that was shown and making the selling process easy for Mum and our family
I was very fortunate to have had the experience of Eileen Brooker selling my house in Otautau. This might be the third time she has sold the same property over many decades. Her market knowledge was sound and I gained 35k that if I had stayed with my previous agents I would never have got. She is a great communicator, very straight forward and down to earth. And she is highly professional, knows the industry and is great to work with. In a stressful time she made the whole process fun.
Eileen is at the right company, everything about our sale was absolutely professional, which sums up Eileen's comprehensive approach. The effort and commitment she brought to our sale was everything you could ask for and more. Eileen is incredibly genuine, honest, hard working and has a great sense of humour. Wouldn't hesitate to hire her again, and if we're buying back in that neck of the woods we'd buy through her too!
Eileen went above and beyond though out the whole campaign. Communication was outstanding. She got this unusual sale over the line for us all. We cant thank her enough. Anyone wanting to sell their home needs Eileen on their side. The most approachable, Friendly sales agent youll ever find.
Eileen has been very friendly and easy to deal with, she got the results we wanted with our house sale, would recommend her!
Buying our first home with Eileen was a pleasure. Eileen made the process less stressful she was approachable and equipped with lots of useful local knowledge. We felt that our needs were looked after, that we received the right information at each step which made us feel at ease. We would highly recommend Eileen for selling a home and would say you’re a lucky purchaser if you find yourself buying a house from her. Eileen looked after, was responsive, was friendly, was kind, had a great sense of humour and just had attributes which made our experience good.
I have sold a property with Eileen before and she was the first person who came to mine when I had another property to sell. It was a pleasure to deal with eileen again, her expertise and suggestions were much appreciated especially with a falling market at the time. She kept in touch weekly and I recommend her to anyone wishing to sell a property.
The entire purchasing process was made fun and less stressful using Eileen's service. She kept in touch, updated us consistently and was always friendly. She even helped us form a friendly relationship with the vendor. A pleasant realtor who I cannot fault.
Eileen was the agent when we purchased our home. Because of her professionalism, friendliness and knowledge she was the only agent we considered when it came to selling. Her local knowledge, awareness of the market from her many years experience meant she was able to give good, sound and sensible advice. Fantastic communication throughout the process, would definitely recommend as a fully committed, no nonsense and honest person to trust with your house sale and/or purchase
Eileen was very helpful with helping us to purchase our new home. She answered our questions, found out what we needed and let us view multiple times.
After nearly 2 years looking for real estate we found a property Eileen had listed. She was one of the only agents to get back to us! We decided to negotiate a deal on a property (sight unseen)!! Eileen's local knowledge was instrumental to making this deal happen and she held our hand thru the whole process, going the extra mile and a few late night phone calls to get this done for us. We would recommend trusting her with either selling or buying real estate, she gets it done!!
