I had possibly a relatively unique experience with Jess. The property I had for sale, was not only due to a deceased estate of which I was the executor, but the sale had an international element too, as I also live Trans-Tasman. This period of time was exceptionally emotional due to the personal situation. Jess calmly and seamlessly dealt with us to set the process in motion. We were kept fully informed at all times, and Jess was flawless in her professionalism. At all times Jess showed respect, compassion, understanding, and worked on our behalf with grace which we were exceptionally grateful for. Due to our international location we were also unable to some tasks personally, so this was a delicate situation for us to be in. All paperwork was respectfully communicated and completed via email, which was at times sent at all hours of the day/night given the international time zones, Jess truly worked tirelessly during this period. Any wishes we or the estate lawyers had, or requirements expressed due to the nature of the sale, were adhered to immediately and without question. Jess truly worked in the best interest of the property, but also within the best interests of us the vendors at this delicate time. Quite unbelievably the property sold within a week, which is phenomenal and a true testament to Jess, her work ethic and background networking. It is with confidence, that we whole heartedly recommend Jess to any future potential client. Her professionalism, compassion, integrity and diligence as an estate agent, is second to none. We have personally had dealings with many real estate agents in the past 20 years, the honestly and passion evident in our dealings with Jess has put her at number #1 without question.
