Such a lovely man, honest and friendly. I sometimes find real estate agents to be untrustworthy when they aren't working for you, not Andrew he made me feel at ease. Plus he's a dog person so he wins extra points with me.
With the change in credit criteria coming just after our house went to market Andrew had to work hard to achieve a sale and the quality of the on-line sales package paid off. Converting an expression of interest into a completed sale took weeks and the vendors needed repeated reassurance that progress was indeed being made. Andrew's optimism and our patience was rewarded with settlement at a good price.
