We are happy with our sale price and the time taken to sell the house. Paul understands the local market and is generous with this knowledge. He genuinely assists you focus on the aspects of your house that need attention to get the best result. Communication is frequent. They have well developed systems and a clear, methodical process. I personally find some of the electronic document communication a bit clunky but that is just my personal preference. Overall a good result with the assistance of helpful and personable, professional operators.

We bought the house off Paul, so it was an easy decision for us to go with Paul and that he would be the best to sell it.
