First of all I would like to say that considering I had never sold or purchased a home before, everything was new to me and thank goodness I was lucky enough to have Paul as my agent. He showed me a couple of second hand houses, but they weren’t suitable and when he showed me thru this brand new home, I knew this was the one for me. I had come from an older property and was finding it difficult to look after it due to a health problem, so now I have my new place and I don’t think I would ever get a better property. I am well and truely settled in and any family or friends who have seen it have all said I wouldn’t get a better property. I didn’t complain about one aspect of my new home and the help and advice I got from Paul was 100%. Thank you Paul from L J Hooker Mosgiel. Also I would like to talk about Caitlin. I didn’t have as much to do with Caitlin, but when I did I was impressed. Caitlin took me thru this property when her father was otherwise engaged and found she was very helpful and had a very nice manner. I was amazed at her young age and the knowledge she knew about real estate. Since that day I haven’t had a lot to do with her, but when I did I was impressed.

I was very nervous about this whole process as been a numbers of years since sold or brought a house. Paul was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I felt confident in him. Caitlin was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Paul and Caitlin went out of their way to help me with an offer on another house which they did not have to do. They kept me well informed and always responded promptly when I had questions. Would recommended the Andertons to family and friends.
