We decided to sell our town house as we weren’t using it much and as our other place which was 35 minutes out of Dunedin on the harbour - it seemed sensible to go to just one property .Jason was eager to help us and share what he saw as the best way to prepare for market, advertising and wither to go the longer road or auction. We decided on auction and ours sold in 2 1/2 weeks. 👍 we were recommended Jason by a young friend who was dead right 👍

I physically never met Jason but I know he was very much involved in the sale of my property. I primarily worked with Lawrence. My initial expectations were based on GV but the current market saw a significant drop of house prices in Dunedin. In some ways this also worked for me, as I bought a house in the same market.
