I actually never met Jason. He helped me sell a Dunedin house, although I am based in Nelson. I contacted a few agents before deciding who to use. I went with Jason as he was friendly on the phone and also offered competitive fees. The selling process was easy and unobtrusive for me. He got the job done with good results and I'd certainly use him for any other house I had to sell in Dunedin.
Fresh out of lockdown we knew we were selling our house at a risky time, but Jason provided the industry knowledge, support and guidance to make the experience not only low-stress, but incredibly successful! From advising us on how to prepare the property for sale to marketing, sale strategies and setting our expectations, we feel Jason acted with honesty and integrity every step of the way. Real estate agents can get a bad rap, but our overwhelming sense of Jason is that he’s just a genuinely good human. We will certainly use Jason again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone eager to sell their home.
Jason was an agent that I would recommend to vendors in entrusting to sell their property. His communication along the journey was timely and transparent and he also provided good advice along they way. Thanks very much Jason!
Jason is an excellent real estate professional. He is supportive and friendly with customers ..His communication and attitude is really appreciated...
I initially shortlisted Jason from a broad review of the Dunedin agent market. I finally selected Jason from that shortlist based on a few things - market knowledge, sales history, proposal and fees, flexibility/adaptability (my property sale was a little unique - the property itself is an unusual one and I was stuck outside of NZ due to COVID so had to sell via 'remote control'), character and communication style. End result was that I was VERY satisfied. Jason achieved the sale within his very short self-allotted time frame ( less than 3 weeks with 2 week settlement) and within his estimated price/valuation range. He is a pleasant and professional agent, excellent communicator, (updated me clearly and regulatory), and was always available and responsive. I rarely give a 5 out of 5 on anything but Jason in an exception. Thanks very much Jason - well done!
Jason had plenty of experience and information to share when we met up prior to listing the property. He was great at communicating each step of the way, giving feedback and offering suggestings re marketing. We appreciated his experience and professionalism in selling our house. Would definitely recommend!
We sold our property through some trying circumstances, being overseas and in the midst of a pandemic. We are very grateful for Jason's experience and on the ground practical help to get a sale across the line. Highly recommend!
Jason went over and above, I highly recommend him to sell your house
We bought our house from Jason and found the whole experience great. He was always available to answer any questions and made the process as easy as possible.
Jason was quick to reply, tolerant of naive questions, and overall pleasant to deal with.
Jason made the process of selling my home totally stress free. His communication with me was top class and he listened to what I had to say and because of his skill and knowledge was able to provide extremely valuable and successful advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jason for any Real Estate transaction.
