After the disappointment of a quiet auction due to market conditions, Jason worked his buns off to get people through the house and sold quickly in a softer market. He has enthusiasm and integrity at heart, makes you feel included as a client and genuinely pursues any leads. The only reason I have not given five stars was that at the beginning we were given a much higher market expectation than turned out in reality. Mostly that was because the market turned faster than was anticipated by all.
