Pam has another very satisfied vendor. She was outstanding to deal with, kept me well informed as to progress and knew exactly how to achieve my excellent result. I have no hesitation in recommending her unreservedly.
I found Pam very professional, knowledgeable, confident and friendly. Excellent auctioneering skills. Thanks Pam
Pam is honest, motivated and positive . She kept us well informed during the whole process every step of the way. The property was sold quickly at auction a few weeks later . She made it a positive experience, we would highly recommend her.
Great experience with Pam! She was super lovely and approachable. Able to answer all our questions, big and small and was contactable anytime of the day or week. She not only helped us sell but she also gave us advice on buying and helped us through a new and scary process of selling and buying.
Pam really went out of her way to get us the information we needed at very short notice in order to purchase our property at auction. She is very professional, knowledgeable about the local market and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Over the years we have worked with many real estate agents and Pam is right up with the best of them. We weren’t really in the market to sell our house but attended one of Pam’s open homes and fell in love with the house. Ten days later we had unconditional agreements on both houses. Amazing. PAM DELIVERS.
We met Pam at an open home and were impressed by her personality and professional manner. We subsequently purchased that property and listed our own with her. Within a very short time Pam achieved a result that surpassed our expectations. She has been a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her to others.
Pam brings an energy, passion and sense of humour that takes the stress out of the buying process. An excellent communicator and someone I would recommend to everyone.
Friendly, professional and efficient - dealing with Pam is a pleasure and she made the whole process quick and easy. Would happily recommend Agent Mulder!!
Pam couldn’t have been more helpful or easier to work with in purchasing our new home. She made something that can be very difficult and stressful seem easy with her friendly, positive attitude and excellent advice.
After many months of searching and quite a lot of interaction, the ideal property finally showed up - and she knew it would be right for me, having listened to me chatter for ages about other places. She's not only very knowledgeable about the market, but actually does understand what you say about your needs and helps you meet them. Highly recommended, whether you're selling or buying.
Pam was a great fit for us as our agent from the start, with her outgoing and positive demeanour. She showed fantastic knowledge of the market, and set realistic expectations for the value of our property, which were pretty much bang on! She made the whole process very simple and easy to understand, and was more than happy to work around our young family when it came to open homes and viewings. We had 100% confidence in her throughout the process and felt comfortable that we would get the best result. Pam is a fabulous auctioneer; we loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone!
