We are so grateful to Pam for everything she did in helping us to sell our house. She was so prompt in all her correspondence. We trusted her fully to use her knowledge and contacts to enable us to find the right buyer. We would recommend Pam to anyone!!
We found Pam very easy to communicate with, and she always found time to answer and respond to any questions we had, very quickly and politely. Would highly recommend Pam from LJ Hookers if you want a "no pressure" lovely agent to deal with! Thanks Pam, for helping us find a nice rental investment that ticked all of our needs. Much appreciation
Pam was highly professional in all aspects of her dealings with me. Alongside her professionalism was a lovely personal approach so that I could feel top of her priorities, maybe her only client. Market knowledge was current and well explained Communication was through a variety of approaches and always clear and timely. My inquiries were quickly answered
Pam’s professionalism was key in guiding us through the sale process and we are very grateful:))
Pam took great care to explain the whole process of purchasing a property to me. She also arranged for a private viewing when I was unable to make the open home time. Overall she has made the process as stress free as possible and has communicated each step clearly along the way.
Pam sold us our Dunedin property 5 years ago and was an obvious choice to re-sell it for us. She was responsive and sensitive to our preferences even though we conducted the entire process from the other end of the South Island. Everything went smoothly - we felt we could entrust her to do everything that was needed. Yesterday she got the sale over the line at auction. Very happy! Simon and Adi.
We met Pam when she sold us our first home several years ago and were thrilled to have her helping us again recently as we sold up and bought our new home. Pam is professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure both our sale and purchase ran smoothly. She was great with communication, answered all our questions/queries and was so supportive of our family every step of the way. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Pam again in the future and 100% recommend her services to others looking to buy or sell in Dunedin.
Pam has been an absolute delight to work with, both on the sale of my home & purchase of my new house. She has been professional, kind & generous with her time. Nothing was a bother! Her expert communication skills, guidance & in depth knowledge of the local market has been hugely beneficial. An all round super star!
We are delighted that Pam was recommended to us by several people, and when we first met her we felt so much at ease with her knowledge, friendliness, sense of humour and professionalism. All her recommendations and advice to us regarding the sale of our property were spot on. She carefully guided us through the whole process, and was there for us each step of the way. She managed to achieve a marvelous result for us in record time. We have already recommended her to others, and would not hesitate to engage her services again.
Pam is so professional in every aspect but at the same time a friend that truly wants the best out come for all involved. We brought the property 11 yrs ago thru Pam and I knew exactly who was going to sell it for us Pam all the way.
I loved dealing with Pam. She was not pushy, she was helpful, she was empathetic, she went out of her way to make it easier for me to view and assess the property. It was a ten out of ten experience.
Pam is amazing and we are so glad we sold our home with her. Pam is personable, knowledgeable, hard working and she went above and beyond, helping us with every little detail, right to the last minute, nothing was a problem! Thank you Pam, we appreciate your hard work and are thrilled with the result.
