This worked out well, it kept me from rushing to buy in a very competitive market and I got a house I could easily modify to be perfect for me at less total cost.

Pam suffers from ultra exuberance. Her canny understanding of the market means you need only one mouth and two ears and can leave the rest to her. So lie down, think of Mother England, (not easy for a bossy boy) do what she says and take the cash when she comes back with a price that even Fagan wouldn't complain about. A very fine operator.
