I found Pam Mulder's approach to the sale of my home, of over forty years, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Together we worked through what needed to be done to get my property ready for the market, and organised a timeline for the sale as well as the method of sale and marketing. Her feedback on responses to the open homes was prompt and informative; she guided me through the auction process (which was very successful!) and even suggested movers and cleaners for a final clean, both companies which she'd had previous good relations with. All and all working with Pam was a happy, satisfying experience . Pam is capable, understanding and trust-worthy. I never once felt pushed nor overwhelmed during or after the sale of my home.

Pam suffers from ultra exuberance. Her canny understanding of the market means you need only one mouth and two ears and can leave the rest to her. So lie down, think of Mother England, (not easy for a bossy boy) do what she says and take the cash when she comes back with a price that even Fagan wouldn't complain about. A very fine operator. A pleasurable, driven whirlwind to deal with. The Hooker backup team were also the epitome of efficiency.
