On Friday the tenants were gone. Amateur landlords Tony and Marty flew in from the Coromandel and painted, bogged and supervised tradies on brief renos and renewed aquaintence and set evil plan for sale in place with Ganesh on Sunday. Tradies and us all gone by Weds and so was Ganesh for a wedding in India - yeah, thanks mate. Thursday was staging day, Friday photography, Sunday Open Home and Monday SOLD unconditionally for a better than expected price! So thanks Ganesh.
