When I needed an extension for my finance condition during the stressful Christmas period, Ganesh helped me keep a calm head and get everything I needed sorted.

I have had purchased, renovated, built and sold many properties of varied characters and potential, in several countries, for several decades now. I did really well on every single property. But nonetheless, wasn't comfortable selling a property (in New Zealand) from overseas (Canada) without getting involved locally (which wasn't possible due to covid pandemic) So with no option left, I did my due diligence and found a husband-wife team (Ganesh & Adrija Rout) with a great track record as real estate agents.
