Very exhausted sale. Just one suggestion, make sure you have a very nice, professionally clean and tide house to sale before you call Ganesh, otherwise, he will go back to tell you how disappointed he's about the property. Yes, he is very honest, but too much negative, and I don't like that at all! Do you? The only good thing is the house got sold at just the lower end of the estimated price. The cold season affects the sale as well, I don't know if the agent had done a good job, but we have done all he asked, including "professionally" cleaning the carpet! We did use "professional" equipments, i.e. we bought an expensive carpet cleaner, we used commercial cleaning solution, and we cleaned the whole house 4x. Opp, forgot that We don't hold a cleaning license, not sure how professional the cleaning is now...
