We found both Shane and Julie to be very friendly and helpful in all aspects of selling our house from beginning to end and working very hard to get a sale for us. I was really impressed with how professional, caring and patient Shane was when he sold my mum's house at her request. He is a good listener, and communicated with us as a family throughout the whole process. He really knows the market and respected mum's wishes. He was always available to answer questions and to reasure mum as we supported her through the process.
