Our house had sat on the market for six very long months while Shane sold every house around it then we switched to him. As you can imagine we were desperate - a new build we had poured our heart and soul into and no one seemed to like what we had done. Shane looked through it and came back with genuine surprise in his voice: "It's a beautiful house". Within two months he had it sold for the money we wanted and that was over the Christmas break.
