Selling a property in Dunedin while living elsewhere needed an agency to organise and oversee tradesmens work for external and internal repair and redecorating , attending to gardens and fixing a number of other difficult but unforseen issues that cropped up . Shane to his credit must have spent many unrewarded hours to get the place to market and then complete the sale successfully . At all steps of the way i was consulted prior to any decisions but had no need to change any of his recommendations . Right from the get go Shane and Julie were on the ball and had a sales strategy in place.
