We went with Richard after our first experience with him, buying a place that fell through. He went out of his way to answer all our questions and pointed us in the right direction for the information we needed as a buyer, without being pushy and scaring us off. This time round as a seller he was there to take calls even with the three different time zones and most of all he got it over the line.
