With Richard’s local knowledge and also a referral from a local business partner we went with him to take over whilst we were going overseas for 2 months and we needed him to take over as we tend to sell our own renovation projects. When Richard gave us his appraisal as to our propertys worth, I thought he was joking, just giving a high figure to get the listing. As it turned out he was spot on and I was floored. Richard made the whole house sale process hassle free and nothing was too much of a bother for him to sort out. He made excellent suggestions for tradies and lawyers and everytime I needed to get in touch he made time to have a chat and to sort out my query or concern right then and there! If I missed based with him he returned all phone calls quickly (usually within minutes) and this was very reassuring when I was selling my first house.
