Leeon has been very welcoming and extremely helpful, being first home buyers we had many questions and he made himself accessible and was happy to help In any way he could and took time to make sure that we were understanding of what was going on. He is very friendly and easy to talk to which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Would highly recommend leeon to anyone buying or selling a house.

I still cant get over how smooth the whole process was. From the initial meet and greet with Leeon through to the email saying the house has been sold was less than 3 months. Leeon is very professional, friendly, polite, and always willing to offer his views and thoughts. He guided us through the complete process, giving suggestions on what would work and what needed to be done in order to get the best for the house and for ourselves. Through the tidying up process of the house Leeon would touch base with us regularly to check on progress and see if we needed any help or support. He has a number of contacts to help with just about any situation, from cleaners to House dressers or builders to landscapers. Once the house was finished and dressed the sale process went very easy. The open homes ran very smoothly and Leeon always gave us at least 24 hours notice if there was a private viewing request.

We dealt with 2 agents in the office. Once showed us a few properties and was good to deal with and the other signed up our contract for purchase and was inconsistent with how we found their professionalism as there was a conflict of interest. I found communication slow, at times negative and once the deposit was paid we didn't here much from the agency. We also weren't followed up at settlement to advise on keys. This was the only agency that has not rung before we've moved to wish us all the best, ring once settlement had gone through and didn't give us a welcome gift which was extremely disappointing. We mostly dealt directly with the vendors for this transaction which made it easier for us. It was also a bit frustrating that since we signed the contact,we had 7 email reminders to write a review and one text. This was a bit too excessive when the transaction wasn't completed. Overall not the best experience compared to other agencies in the area and there is a lot of room for improvement.

We found Leeon and Mukti very knowledgeable and professional. Their communication was top notch and nothing was a problem. Their perserverence and patience made them a pleasure to do business with. Fantastic!

Leeon skilfully secured the property for us, after a lot of negotiation. I appreciated his willingness to respond to our many calls and questions, and remind us of the various steps necessary to purchase. Mukti was able back up, and I greatly appreciated their support during the sometimes challenging process.
