Leeon and his team (Mukti Kansara) were both very efficient at their work. They showed me properties when I approached them as wanting to look and had picked properties that were of appeal to me. They were available when I was which was not always convenient to them. Leeon was not pushy - if fact he told me the down side of buying in a rush when perhaps my life is not as on track as it usually is. With that warning which I appreciated I went ahead with a purchase any way which had good results. Both Leeon and Mukti are good at keeping the buyer informed of progress and efficiently send any paperwork requested. They make it easy to get builders reports and inspections done which is good when you are an out of town buyer. They informed me of the construction of the house discussed fully any risks like dampness. Leeons building knowledge helped as he could describe to me how the houses were built and where they may or may not have issues. His contacts in the town by living in it allows some local knowledge to be imparted such as which area to purchase in and what type of neighbourhood the house is in (retired or young) as this is very important. In conclusion Leeon and Mukti are very efficient and will work with you without too much pressure for a sale. They realise the importance of the buyers needs as well as the vendors.
