Michelle produced a good result for us when selling our only investment property during uncertain times of COVID lockdowns and adverse weather. Michelle had good communication, experience and was easy to deal with, allowing us to change advertising and listing dates when weather prevented ideal photos, Michelle tabled multiple good offers leading to a settlement even with a COVID level 4 lockdown thrown in the mix.
