Kat was so good to deal with, we felt relaxed with her right from the start, she worked around the kids and pets with no problem. Excellent communication, always kept us up to date on everything and there to answer questions, we never felt like we were being inconvenient to contact her about anything. We felt she was very honest in her opinions when she asked for advice and most of all we never felt pressured to accept an offer, she was so friendly, understanding and open about everything. The weekly email updates were excellent and we loved the service, being buyers ourselves we found the houses with a plan and 3d walkthrough so much better to make decisions about a house prior to seeing it. For us selling our house it meant the people coming though were very genuinely interested as they had a lot of info on the house already. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kat and her teams services again and would recommend her 10 fold over anyone else.
