Kat was very professional and lovely to deal with, she is very experienced and gave us great advice when getting the home ready for the market. Her and her team are fantastic at sharing dates, time lines and feedback regarding viewings. Overall we were happy with the outcome achieved but were surprised that a home very close by was listed by the same company on the same day without a heads up. We were a little bit disappointed that we didn't receive any gift after selling our home.
With the way the market is and the options for agents available, it could be easy to expect a substandard service.... not so in this case, not even close, Kat was there when she said she would, did what she said and her insights, suggestions and personable manner had us both relaxed in the knowledge that "this girl is the one"!!
