This property was on the market for around 6 months before it finally sold. Over the time spent working through the viewings and purchase process, we grew to trust Ben's input. Ben demonstrated that he is knowledgeable and resourceful. If he doesn't know or have something, he will say so and then will quickly source the information or clarification. We felt we could rely on his input and were not let down in that aspect. The work he did throughout our buying process, from our viewpoint, achieved a good outcome for both the buyer and seller.
