From the very beginning Anne made huge efforts to accommodate my needs and responded quickly and precisely to any requests. She has a lot of knowledge of the area and was very helpful about schooling etc. Being from a different location age was warm and welcoming.
Selling your home is a complex tangle of emotions and feelings. We had a fantastic opportunity to create a new pathway forward on our life journey but it meant selling a loved home with 14 years of memories and experiences.. Emotions tangle with practicalites (when you have invested so much energy and creativity into the home) so we needed a sales person who would push us a little into the contract and at the same time listen to our heart beat and be fair with both seller and buyer. We think that Anne did that well and achieved a result that benefited both seller and buyer.
Anne was very professional and very knowledgeable of the area living in Picton herself. As we were relocating from another town she was able to give us really good info on a town we didn’t know a lot about. Also the property we purchased was opposite a council easy water plant that was currently under construction and she was able to find out all the info we need to know about this and how it would look once completed and therefore the impact it would have on our beautiful view etc... I would highly recommend Anne she is friendly , very easy to talk too and very prompt at returning calls etc. A lovely lady!

We only had a limited time to look at houses in Picton with a view to purchase. Unfortunately this was New Year's Day and the day after - not the best time to ask an agent to show you houses! But researched houses on the internet, found some to see and we made an appointment with her. Once she knew our criteria she suggested others to look at as well. Anne was very attentive and patient with us - and not pushy at all. We discussed the merits and otherwise of each house, and decided to make an offer on one. There was an extensive period of negotiation after we left Picton, and I think she handled that well, once again, not pushing us into anything we didn't want to do. We found Anne very friendly and personable. She had a relaxed manner which made it easy to develop a relationship with her. I would recommend her to other people looking at buying in Picton.
