Anne very good to deal with. Always obliging and professional. The house needed a doing over and took in into account with my offer. If I knew that all the garden was lease hold land from Kiwi Rail, my offer would have been less, it cost in excess of $10,000.00 in layers fees. I tried coming down in price, but they dug their toes in, so I had bite the bullet, or find another property. I went to Picton to look other property's they weren't around.

Anne listened to what I said and did exactly that. I asked her not to tell me what the negative comments were from prospective buyers as I wasn’t interested as I needed to sell my home unfortunately due to a change in circumstances. Anne was professional and very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling their home.
