Very easy to deal with certainly knew the market very well. Didn't take long to sell either, always ringing after open homes letting us know how many groups came thru concerns they had if any. Happy with the price received for property, would of liked more like most people but we understood the market, valuation of the property too high. Would recommend Allan to all.
