We listed our house with team Jeannie as we wanted to get our house sold. Team Jeannie didn’t disappoint. Our house was sold in a timely manner and the service was very professional and friendly. Thanks again team Jeannie. We would definitely recommend using team Jeannie if you want to sell your house.

Jeannie and her team were easy to talk to and all communication was very clear. After each open home, Jeannie provided positive feedback and we knew where we stood. Jeannie was never pushy in her advice and was happy to hear our thoughts. We really appreciated her realistic views on the market.

I recently sold my property and had the good sense to use the skills, knowledge and expertise of Jeannie. She was a pocket rocket! She worked consistently and tirelessly to show my property and her enthusiasm and genuine care made a stressful time easy and actually enjoyable at times. Karl was lovely to work with too. They were a fantastic team - can't thank them enough for a job well done. (Jeannie, I think you would make a brilliant dentist or nurse: you put me at ease with your professionalism and genuine warmth.) Will miss our chats about the garden.

Jeannie got us the best price possible for our house. Nothing beats her experience and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Jeannie has been very helpful to us as first time vendors. She is very knowledgeable, supportive and highly experienced. She has provided us the best guidance as a real-estate agent and helped us sell our property shortly after it was advertised in the market. Her knowledge and expertise are incomparable. We had a lovely experience as vendors as Jeannie and her team provided us with a smooth and hassle-free service and also kept us well informed. Thank you Jeannie for sorting this sale out! I would definitely recommend Jeannie Boswell to any vendor in Palmerston North!

Absolutely brilliant and faultless service from the whole team. The texts we received stalling us of a viewing that was coming up were really helpful. The communication from the whole Team Boswell was faultless. Brilliant result.

A big thank you to Jeannie and her team. They were thoughtful towards our needs and made the whole process run smoothly. Jeannie is professional, explains everything easily,I wouldn't hesitate in choosing L J Hooker again in the future. Many thanks

Jeannie Boswell is who you want on your side! Wether you are buying or selling, she will make it happen for you. We have had the pleasure of buying our first home, 13years ago through Jeannie. Additionally, we recently sold that very same home through her again , after only one week on the market ! She is genuinely fierce and caring. She understands her clients needs and reassures them accordingly with the confidence of a real estate agent with 30years experience. She talked us through the entire process and kept the communication lines open at all hours of the day, to make sure we felt at ease. Hugely recommend her and her strong team !

We were impressed with Jeannie who explained in detail how she would advertise our property, spent quality time with us guided us thru the process of selling our property, we felt very confident having chosen Jeannie to market and sell our house, we had multiple offers on first open home ,we would highly recommend Jeannie if you are thinking of selling your home,

Jeannie and her team are great. Great communication anything I wasn't sure of a quick text or call and it was answered. Within one week on being for sale we had multiple offers. Thanks so much for making it super easy

Jeannie experience and knowledge shone from the outset. She was the consummate professional, and was open to our ideas and suggestions about how to best market/sell our lifestyle property. She worked tirelessly to weed out time wasters, but also nurtured serious buyers, and then extracted the best price/terms. This was especially relevant, noting how challenging the market was. Ultimately Jeannie makes you feel like you're her number one priority, and throughout the sale process she ensured we were informed/updated on a regular basis. Highly recommended!

Jeannie has been the absolute BEST! Understanding, considerate and an overall amazing person. I have now sold two houses through Jeannie and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
