I cannot rate Iain McAlpine highly enough. Iain got me a really good price on my section, with a very long settlement date and a cash out clause. Then he lined up a very elusive back up buyer. All this while the market was getting worse and worse and no sections were selling at all. Iain consistently stayed in touch with both myself and the buyer and gave weekly personalized feedback, not just a summary of the views on the sites. Then when the buyer decided not to sell after the contract became unconditional, he worked really hard to renegotiate a deal, so that the sale could go ahead. Iain worked long and hard over the months to keep the deal viable. I would highly recommend Iain to anyone who wants a thoroughly professional and skilled Real Estate Agent.
