Very knowledgable about current market

Having used Iain before, we offered the option of selling a property outside of his usual area. He quickly got up to speed with the local market ensuring there was no downside to having an 'out of town' agent, and despite the long drives involved he got the deal done in quick time, and managed the conditions and settlement efficiently and without fuss.

Iain is very experienced in the local market, his communication was excellent and top management/negotiation skills with multiple offers and possible outcomes meant that the property was guaranteed to be sold, which was a great result for all parties.
