Jeremy sold my tenanted property just after the Covid-19 level four lockdown finished. We had started the process before lockdown and with the Covid-19 situation at the time it was never going to be an easy process. Thankfully due to Jeremy's professionalism and great manner it all went smoothly and worked out really well. The property was sold within 2 weeks with minimal disruption for the tenant and owner.
