We actually dealt with another agent who had been helping us on our home buying journey previously. We did however meet Jeremy at the open home. He was far too distracted live-streaming the open home of his personal home to be of much use. That was the extent of our interaction but if I was the vendor I would have been quite annoyed to learn that there wasn’t a sense of focus on selling our home. Also the listing is still up on both trademe and real estate.co.nz. We went unconditional 4 days ago. To me that alludes to a lack of general house keeping from the listing agent. And theirs two of them!

Jeremy from the first meeting has always been honest and informative. Giving advice on the best approach when selling and buying, giving tips on how to present our home ready for sale.
