We found Rochelle Burton to be extremely professional. We liked that she was an efficient communicator - we were never left waiting for a returned text or phone call - no matter how busy she was. Rochelle gathers all of the necessary information of properties so potential buyers have all the info they need. Her property write-ups on online media sites were well written, and video footage and photos were beautifully presented. We would most definitely recommend Rochelle to anyone wanting to sell their property. She is honest, professional and an excellent communicator.

Very professional, great communication throughout the sale process.

We first met Rochelle when we were looking for a property. She was the agent who arranged the inspection and offer process. While we did not proceed we were impressed by her approach, her communications and her professionalism. When we came to list our own property we wanted these skills working for us. We were not disappointed. Rochelle made the whole process go smoothly and explained all steps being taken. Her recommendations were spot on and we were very happy with the end result. Thank you Rochelle

I felt confident having my listing with Rochelle. She is a great communicator who kept me well informed and provided clear guidance along the way. She answered any questions/queries promptly and overall made what could be a stressful time, really managable. Would highly recommend her.

Hard working and very good communication

A very difficult house to sell, very helpful, prompt & understanding. Very happy with the service supplied. Thank you

In my experience with Rochelle, I felt like I put my property in safe hands. Rochelle was always real and honest about things. I really appreciated how she does the best by the vendor and the buyers. Rochelle makes sure everyone is getting a fair deal. Any vendor and buyer I believe, can feel safe in her hands. I also really appreciated that while the current market is not the best and there is a lot of uncertainty, Rochelle was very reassuring and a very helpful guide through it all. I totally recommend vendors to put their property with Rochelle, they will get her best, and buyers to have confidence they're getting the real deal.

Selling a house with Rochelle was the sweetest and easiest thing I've done all year. I enjoyed the experience and if I ever sell again she will be my only choice I can't recommend Rochelle highly enough

Rochelle made everything very simple and straightforward, she explained everything well for me to understand the process. Very efficient and lovely to deal with!

Rochelle has been fantastic to deal with from start - finish. We felt her appraisal and marketing approach accurately reflected the market and displayed her knowledge of the current trends. Rochelle was happy to hold open homes and often in addition also organized private viewings. She was an excellent communicator throughout the process and was always friendly and approachable. Highly recommend.

We have known Rochelle for many years purchasing from her and now selling our home . She is highly professional knows her job inside and out and makes the whole process easy . I would never hesitate to recommend her .

Its good to have confidence in the person with whom you've entrusted the sale of your most valuable asset. Commissioned Rochelle a second time to sell a property. We received a realistic market appraisal tempered with a reasoned assessment of the market outlook. This led to a marketing plan that took on board our preferences and ideas. Communication and feedback was prompt and to the point. On the market for just 5 weeks, received multiple offers and concluded a sale. A result we were very happy with. Thanks again Rochelle.
