Kerry and Jo were amazing to work with they kept in touch regularly as did Dianne. Great customer service especially when compared to others house shown by fellow real estate agents from different companies. Customer service is a big thing for me and Jo and Kerry deserve a 10/10
From the very first moment we stepped into the real estate market we had the nerves of a 5 year old going to school alone on their very first day. We had no idea what to expect or where to start. When we finally built up the courage to go to a property viewing those nerves remained the same. Stepping foot inside the house and being greeted by Richard, took those nerves and out them at ease. So much so, we felt like we could be honest about our journey and it all took off from there! We arranged a private viewing, which Richard facilitated promptly. On the morning of that viewing, Richard let us know he was unwell and had organised for a colleague to accompany us, Jo. Jo was friendly and inviting and gave us even more confidence! Following that viewing we set some things in motion, with the help of Jo and before we knew it, auction day had arrived. Arriving at the Bayleys building brought back all of those feelings of nervousness and anxiety! But thankfully, Jo was there to greet us and introduced us to Kerry. We disclosed to Kerry how we were feeling and she immediately handed us back our courage. The next hurdle was getting through the auction! Kerry sat with us, supported us and even started the bidding for us! We went straight into negotiations and the Auctioneer who had full control of the room that morning, was understanding and very patient with us as we navigated our way through the very intimidating process of negotiations. All the way through with Kerry and Jo by our side, we successfully bought the house that we had wanted! I cant reiterate enough, how welcoming we were made to feel and how happy we were with the team and our joint efforts! Thank you all very much for getting us into our forever home x
This is the second time we have used Bayleys. We choose them again because of their professionalism. I am a person that gets emotionally attached to my home and they understood this. They kept us informed, the photographer showcased our home that brought the purchaser who like us is ready to make it their home. We move on to be closer to our extended family and I am glad this house will again be a home. We were also impressed the auctioneer had taken the time to visit. When life stages tell us it's time to move on ..it is a big upheaval..to feel you are working with professionals that understand this means a lot. You feel cared for, its more than a job. It is for these reasons I do not hesitate in recommending Bayleys.

The process has been really easy for us. Kerry has managed everything. We couldn't get down to Gisborne at any stage in the sale process but it didn't matter as she and Izzy took charge and did it all. The communication has been brilliant and she has kept in touch with us at every turn and always did what she said she would do. Many thanks indeed.
