Shortly after 11 Haronga Rd was advertised we visited the property and were met by Bronwyn who checked us in and provided us with relevant property information; she was informative about the property and encouraged questions. Later that day Bronwyn, via e mail, provided us with more detailed and relevant information relating to the property. Armed with that information we again visited 11 Haronga for a closer look. Throughout the process leading up to the auction Bronwyn promptly answered our telephone calls and e mails and provided the information that we needed. When I requested a building inspection she co-ordinated with our building inspector to ensure that process went well. On the auction day Bronwyn's team were on hand to assist where required and the auction was stress free and professionally handled. We thought that her decision to hold the auction out doors at the property was an excellent idea. Firstly it allowed potential bidders the final chance to view this well presented property "on the ground" and secondly, for those attending the auction, it provided ample room for social distancing so important during this phase of the COVID pandemic. I am disappointed as we had a reserve and although we excepted slightly under the next moment we get a call asking if the new owners can come and measure up for new carpet which was upsetting for my dad. Then theycan for the inspection with a building inspector which i thought was correct. He walked around the house slamming door's and windows and the shower door was pulled off the runners which we fixed and he had the key for the front screen door which i asked for as he had settled at that stage. Then the agent told the guy that they have a gift when they get the keys while i was standing there. I feel that everything was done for the buyer and not the seller. The people are lovely just thing the seller needs to be considered as well and there needs and requests.

Bronwyn Kay and her team were able to accurately evaluate the market place and subsequently sell our home. We were unable to take up residence due to the border restrictions so we were absolutely amazed at the care and compassion that went into the preparation prior to the sale. Distance was not an issue and technology was an important aspect that they handled perfectly.
