We found Helen to be very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market. She provided us with detailed feedback after each viewing and has such a positive outlook and upbeat attitude. We would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking to engage a real estate agent as she successfully sold our house in a reasonable timeframe and helped assist to make the selling process very smooth and painless.
We met Helen when we purchased a house she was marketing. She was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and great to deal with. All our questions were answered promptly and helpfully and the whole process went really smoothly. We are new to the area we purchased in and Helen was able to give us some useful information about the locality too, which was much appreciated.
Both myself and my husband couldn’t fault Helen. She has such a caring professional nature. She super friendly and knowledgeable on local areas and goes above and beyond. Having dealt with numerous agents over the years I would recommend helen and use her myself over and over again. Thank you Helen for being so awesome.
Helen was a fantastic agent . She knew the market well and at all times kept us informed through the process from start to finish. We would highly recommend Helen if your looking to sell or buy a property. Thanks again Helen.
Helen was fantastic to work with, she has a great attitude, was really helpful, and did not leave me guessing in the initial stages. I liked her process - making a letter of interest before the more serious buyers draw up an offer, it really saved time and you knew where you stood. She has a great positive attitude and made me excited about moving in to my own home. In the stress that came with settling during the Coivd19 lockdown period, she kept in touch and offered valuable guidance through the process. Thank you very much for all of your help, and for the delightful house warming presents upon moving in. All the best, and I'm sure you're going to be leaving a lot more customers as happy as I am :-)
Helen was a joy to buy through, always honest but saw any issues as speed bumps to be overcome rather than obstacles to turn us back. We moved the day before the lockdown so despite a wee bit of pressure we all came away smiling and laughing. She'll be top of our list when we look to buy or sell again and we'd recommend her without any hesitation.
Helen prepared thoroughly, and pin-pointed the strengths of the property to focus on successfully, based on her knowledge of the local market. Helen is always cheerful and very easy to work with. She provides clear and timely reporting and goes the extra mile for a successful sale.
Helen was recommended to me, by a colleague. I found Helen to be professional, efficient, and very kind. She was clear in explaining the process and it was obvious, at all times, that she was there to assist and support me. She was always available and was always abreast of developments. I recommend her and would use her again.
Recently we sold our house with Helen Lee. We would have no hesitation recommending Helen to sell your home for her total professionalism. Helen was a pleasure to have in our home, always went the extra mile and nothing was a problem. A truly wonderful woman who will work hard for you. We highly recommend Helen Lee for your next real estate agent! Many thanks Helen
Helen was a great help in working through the process and maintained constant contact with me. I highly rate her skills, knowledge and experience and would gladly work with her again.
Helen was easy to work with and always professional in her dealings with us. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. Helen was friendly, a great communicator, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process of selling a house. We felt like we were well taken care of, and she made it very easy to work with her. We would highly recommend Helen to anyone else who is about to embark on buying or selling a house. Thank you Helen!
